Emma has treated me for an ankle injury. She immediately understood my problem and worked out a series of exercises and monitored my progress. She is strict and expects you to adhere to the exercises you are given between appointments.As my progress was limited, Emma was proactive and wrote to my Doctor recommending an x-ray and an ultrasound scan. The results show that I should continue with treatment--strength, stability and proprioceptive activity, so I am now attending Emma's Pilates based recovery classes, from which I am making progress. I have a high regard for Emma's physiotherapy ability and also being a Clinical Pilates Instructor is an added bonus

I have been doing Pilates with Emma for a few months in small classes at the Boxgrove Clinic. Having recently moved back to the area it was important to find a properly qualified Pilates teacher who taught safely, well and corrected when necessary. Emma does all 3, as well as making the class interesting and fun, I would be more than happy to recommend her to anyone with or without issues to do Pilates and will continue with my classes for the foreseeable future.

Following a Complete Knee Replacement I felt abandoned by the NHS and sort advice and support from a private physiotherapist. Emma came to my aid and has been a wonder and very supportive both on a one to one and in a group session.Thank you Emma.

Emma is very professional but makes her class fun.. She takes great care to make sure we are all achieving the best of our ability..I feel much more fluid and hope to improve....
